Today November 30th, 2023 GURD-Rwanda in partnership with UNICEF Social Policy (New York) conducted a consultation event with a constituency of women and Girls in Nyamasheke as part of the UNICEF We deserve better initiative aimed at Unlocking the power of social protection for women and girls.

The activity started with field visit of GURD-Rwanda program at Nyamasheke Youth Friendly Center and meet Teen Mothers under our programs, they attended our session.

100 Girls and young mothers received pads and sport materials to enhance sports activities at the center.
