GURD-Rwanda in partnership with AMPLIFY GIRLS we are conducting two days training for Focus teachers in Nyamasheke district who are facilitating Girls Lead Club in 11 Secondary schools*, the training is being conducted in collaboration with URUKUNDO Initiative

a social entreprise specialized in life skills especialy SRHR and Gerjanne van Ravenhorst CEO of Twiga dukina
who shared The seven habits of highly effective people. The *Leader in me theory*.

Our clubs are aimed to empowering young girls in #life-skills, decision-making, problem-solving, #SRHR, Self governance and leadership skills.

V-Mayor in charge of Social Affairs in Nyamasheke District Madam MUKANKUSI Athanasie while opening the training called upon the community including parents, #teachers and NGOs to join hands together in helping girls build their agency and achieve their goals.
